The knowledge that I have gathered over the years being an athlete and being open to new ideologies lead me to discover the path of yoga which made me realise that touching one’s existence is all i ever wanted in my life, Aura Align happened to help you raise your inner energy. influenced by my mentors, peers and travel experiences, I am here to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each individual I associate myself with.

LIFE ON MY MAT!

Yoga for me it was an experience which was dimensionally and physically an eye opener to a new way of life. Being an athlete for almost half of my teenage and adult life was a lot of dedication and learning which led me to realise my potential in aspects of physical and mental health. Being really focused on giving my best in all the competitions I participated in,the knowledge I gained personally over the years about human anatomy, postures, lifestyle changes, and food habits helped me lead a very disciplined life. When you tap into the physical and mental aspects of your being, you realize what you really want to do with your life.
This journey of self-realisation somehow lead me to learn Yoga in its true nature. It broke down all the preconceived notions I had about the physical nature of the human body and my perception of life.
I can even go on and say that Yoga took me on a personal journey of self-realisation

and I kind of learnt a lot about my LIFE ON MY MAT.

So now with all these experiences I have gained and the shift in perception that I realised in my life, I want to share and make this beautiful experience accessible to as many people as possible so that they can experience it for themselves and take charge of their lives!!
